To improve capacity utilization, optimize costs and maximize value

This project was part of an overall vacation homes for rent with Hill House II. The aim was to increase flexibility in connecting spaces of common use and an adjacent building, also preserving privacy and urban appearance in general. The physical connection of outdoor spaces improves space utilization in between two houses, as well as flexibility in provided services.
